Over the past several years Seventyeight has been engaged to consult on, design and develop a series of major strategic online properties and applications beginning with their multi-lingual (English, Spanish, French, Dutch) consumer website optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile devices. The site serves as a marketing platform to educate consumers and healthcare providers about the capabilities and benefits of Cutera's diverse product line and related treatments. Integrated into the solution is an interactive location based treatment locator which allows users to quickly find service providers by product or treatment based on their location with results displayed via a mapping interface or alternatively in a listing format.
This multi-phased engagement includes the build out of an online ecommerce storefront; development of a foundational technical framework to facilitate data synchronization with customer devices to enable online payment transactions and device usage analytics tracking and analysis; and development of a customer loyalty rewards program platform.
All the solutions noted above are tightly integrated with Cutera's Salesforce CRM for data transfer and synchronization across platforms to support web-based display and transactional functionality, to authenticate customers and to retrieve customer and physician profile data and sales history.
